The incident was so sad. The Philippines' image as a tourist spot is in jeopardy. Nagpakita lang nga UNSATISFACTORY ang performance sang mga agencies nga suppose to be amo ang ma handle sang situation. Kung indi man lang gali tani ma suppress ang hostage crisis through an assualt with an element of surprise, tani ginpaagi na lang sa negotiation. The worst scenario was, gin apprehend pa sang MPD ang brother nga amo ang nag-estorya sa iya nga utod (Capt. Mendoza). That incident added much tension and triggered an outrage. Amo to nga time that there were gunshots sang gin telecast sa tv ang pagdakop. Very, very SSAAADDDD incident.

Although it's easier said than done. Its indeed quite difficult to be a SWAT. the first guys who went inside the bus, they were caught on tv with their legs shaking. Much more when they were fired upon, they were so fast jumping out of the bus.
which leaves the question, what were they doing though out these days? sir clecle is right, SWAT - Sorry We Aren't Trained. imagine, throwing flash bangs then going inside after an hour? throwing tear gas and assaulting without gas mask?
I heard at UNTV (local network) morning program news, one newscaster was implying that the SWAT could have sent Airsofter coz they are more trained in cqb's... hehehe!
